Whipped almond chocolate ricotta pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Vera’s Best Protein Infused Almond Spread with Cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a spatula, or using a food processor until they are well incorporated.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Garnish with your favorite berries and crushed almonds (optional)

Peanut-chocolate fudge

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Vera’s Best Protein Infused Peanut Spread with Cocoa
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:

Line an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 to 3 inches overhang on the sides.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using a spatula until well incorporated.

Pour into parchment lined baking pan and refrigerate till firm.

Cut into bite size pieces after removing from refrigerator and enjoy!

Hazelnut brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Vera’s Best Protein Infused Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup oat or almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F. Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

Combine the hazelnut spread with vanilla extract and salt in a bowl.

Beat in the eggs till the mixture is fluffy.

Fold in the oat flour.

Pour the brownie batter into the parchment lined pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out free of batter.

Remove the brownies from the pan and let cool in parchment paper on a rack.

For extra hazelnutty goodness, after the brownies have cooled, add a layer of Vera’s Best Protein Infused Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa as frosting on top of the brownies before cutting into individual servings.
